On holiday in Newquay when I noticed a slate nail in the front offside tyre of my cousins Kia Sportage. We drove to the Kia dealership where, after explaining the problem, a friendly salesman directed us to the Peugeot and Kia service department and we were immediately booked in for a very reasonable repair and given complimentary coffee and cakes in the Memories Café, with the most fabulous collection of motorcycles to view. (took me back to my Tiger 100 days). The buzzer told us the job was done and also the car had been washed. This establishment is a credit to the owner and all who work there, a friendly cheerful greeting from each member of staff we saw and all smartly dressed. Before retiring, for 27 years I delivered new cars throughout the UK on a transporter and I know dealerships like this are few and far between.

Your Service department (Clive) and Parts department (Rob) helped me out with not only a new number plate for my trailer bar but also bulbs for said trailer bar including taking out corroded ones and replacing them to ensure I was safe. It was done as quickly as possible and as I was in meetings all day on Monday, they kindly returned the car to my home - and had cleaned it! Their attitude does you credit, they are always cheerful. I couldn't be happier with your service and would recommend you every time.

When it went in for its MOT, I was given a lift to and from work by the Hawkins Team and when it went in for a minor fault to be sorted, a courtesy car was given without me having to ask for one.
