Over the years we have developed our skills and reputation, we now produce our own Type Approved vehicle the Peugeot 108 Van, carry out many Peugeot Expert Fistral Crew Van conversions and have numerous fleet and local authority customers. 

The extensive range of service we offer include tow bars, side windows, rear seat conversations, interior racking and storage systems from Sortimo, roof rails, linings, special bodies and products and accessories from leading manufacturers such as Rhino and VanGuard.

Tufliner by VEL – The Ultimate Van Lining

Tufliner is a unique van lining suitable for the 2016+ Peugeot Expert & Citroën Dispatch, New Vauxhall Vivaro and New Toyota Proace vans. Designed and made in Cornwall by VEL and constructed from Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) it has a number of advantages over traditional ply or spray on linings:

  • Sleek, smooth modern finish that is moulded to the contours of the van to optimise space.
  • Tough wearing and easy to keep clean and wash out.
  • It has a high resistance to staining and doesn’t retain odour.
  • Easily removable and transferable to another van and spare panels are available.
  • Additional storage pockets inside and rear doors.
  • Available in a wide range of colours to suit your van or company.
  • Includes a hard wearing grip floor.
