Hawkins Motor Group is looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to join our busy Hayle dealership. Representing Peugeot, you’ll be at the heart of a recently updated, state-of-the-art site with a massive group stock of over 800 vehicles at your fingertips.

The Role This isn’t just "selling cars." You’ll be a brand ambassador, helping customers navigate the exciting shift to Hybrid and Electric vehicles, as well as our popular range of New and Approved Used ICE models.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating Experiences: Turning showroom visits into five-star customer journeys.
• Building Deals: Crafting bespoke finance and vehicle packages that fit a customer’s life style.
• Being Proactive: Handling online leads, phone enquiries, and showroom walk-ins with a "can-do" attitude.
• Hitting Targets: Using your ambition to unlock an uncapped commission structure.
• Social media: Creating videos that you will share with customers on vehicles that they have enquired on, and feature in videos posted on the group social media pages.

• Package: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Peugeot reward incentives + Pension.
• Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00 - 5:00pm (with the flexibility to ensure every customer is looked after).
