This is a full-time position with one of Cornwall's leading family businesses, with nearly 100 years' experience in the motor industry. We currently employ over 240 staff members and represent six manufacturers across 14 dealerships in seven locations throughout the county.

We are looking for a motivated, driven and inspiring Sales Manager to lead the Peugeot team at our Hayle dealership. We stock an exciting range of ICE, Hybrid and market leading Electric cars and there are many new models due for launch this year and beyond, including the E-208 GTI!

As Sales Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Peugeot sales team, leading by example to deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong commercial performance.

Working closely with the Dealer Principal and wider management team, you'll motivate, coach and develop your sales team while ensuring targets are achieved across vehicle sales, finance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences from enquiry through to handover.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise opportunities.
• Manage stock, pricing and vehicle displays.
• Drive finance and insurance performance while ensuring full compliance.
• Recruit, coach and support team members to reach their full potential.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain excellent manufacturer standards and reporting.
